Office boy,Cleaner	How to get?	The office boy need to get only from the near by place , we will try to avoid this role as this role will create the problems , we will put one person to clean the office space.

Training for employee	Which area?when to finish?
	We will train the ppls for the first 3 weeks only then they need to show the results, we need to finish by june end , also we need to have the many ppls in the buffer , so that if any one leaves we will manage with the ppls in the reserve

	We will approact my fatherinlaw reference guy , his name is ameez , also we need to start this process asap, but complete before june end( before office opens )
Plan for first three months After company work over?
	first month , will be splited in two , first 15 days and second 15 days , , in first 15 days we will train the programmers and the sales ppls . Second 15 days we will make the money from the projects ( small size websites for the programmers ) and money from the sales ppls from chennaipc and chennaihunting.	Second month , no compermise , need to get Rs.15000 as the revenue	Third month , needo to get Rs.20000 as revenue . Both second and third months are very much possible.
Financial target for fisrt quarter?

Water Facility	In the monthly expenses we need to add the water can expenses.	We will first start with the water dispenser , later we move towards the Electric one.	The Electric one is around Rs.6000
Administration software	We can have the software that will accurately manages all our finiancials and our operational performance ,, it need to act as the mini ERP for our company , we will do this at our best out put , keep in mind that this SW will help us to manage the company very remotely .
