Advantages of Smart emailer application are : -


Manage your contacts Globally : - You can add/ edit / delete your contacts using this application . In this way it acts as the contact manager.Using this site you can access the contacts all over the world and do your marketing mails.


Remarks/ Notes : You can have remarks for each and every contacts. This will help to know where the contact is ( fresher , cold , hot , prospects, non prospects) . this remarks module yet to add in this application.


Marketing Campaigns thru list management: -

Organise the contacts in List wise . in this way you can select some list and start your marketing campaigns . Ie. creating list names like , Prospect for dxn , dxn members, ... and send the customised mailers and marketing mailers


Mass mailings: -

You can call any list using the search options and sends out the mails in a single go ..

There is the monitor menu in the application to know the status of how many mails bounced and not delivered and invalid email ids.


Timed emails , you can set times between the mails , so that no mails will reach the spam or junk box ( this is the spaming Policy which the application is following )


Multiple from Emails : - you can set your from mail ids ,, so in this way you can send out the mails from the application , no need to login to the email inbox to send the mails.

This multiple from mail id concept is used by leading marketing companies,, as ppl might know the email ids of any marketing company , so changing the from mail ids will help marketer to reach the prospect inbox easily ( anti spam policy concept followed by this application )
